WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED
You need to know your RSS feed.
You need to know what email address is listed in your feed.
STEPS
- Go to podcastindex.org and Claim ownership of your show
- Setup an Alby account at www.getalby.com
- Copy and paste some text.
STEP 1
You claim your feed by clicking on the lightning bolt under your podcast at podcastindex.org
You will get an email that when you click it proves you are the person who controls the email that is listed in your feed.
Login to podcastindex.org
Click on Add a Custom node
TIP: Keep this tab open and go to getalby.com on a new /separate tab.
STEP 2
Go to www.getalby.com
In Alby, you go to your wallet to get the information for your node.
Copy the Node address (click on the icon) and other information and paste it into your page on podcastindex.org
When you save your information at podcastindex.org you will see where value for value is enabled.
